·    new: LDAP\JWT Authentication: New authentication option have been created. The options for parametrization are available in the general settings screen, in the Login tab.

When accessing the system by checking Domain Authentication on the login screen, if it is set in the general settings to allow entering username and password, the authentication will be performed for the type that was set in the general settings (LDAP or JWT).

- JWT has two types of authentication: Azure B2C and Auth0. Both can be tested in the General Settings/Login screen.

- When no setting is found or if you have checked the option to not allow entering user and password, LDAP authentication will be done by searching the domain of the user logged into Windows (former Windows Authentication option).

The save login option will continue to work the same for all authentication types.

·    new: Interactions: A new interaction screen has been created that can be accessed from the Work Order screen or by the W.O. tab in the Service Request screen. Only users with this new interaction access permission will have access to this new screen in the user registration tree. The interaction screen will record the massages exchanged between requesters and others involved in the progress of the W.O., as well as the insertion of attachments in these interactions.

·    new: Dashboard: Added the new "Stacked Bar" chart type to Dashboard charts.

·    new: Report News: Added to the help menu the option "What's New - Reports (Internet)". This option will be used to publish release information.

·    new: SQL: Miscellaneous enhancements made to the SQL screen. Now the name of all the tables in the database are listed, as well as their fields and the description of each field. New functions for the SQL screen: StructureSQL (TableName), Triggers, TriggersSQL.

·    improvement: Work Order: After selecting the company at system login, an automatic verification will performed for W.O.s with duplicate codes in the company that was accessed. If found, a message will be issued stating the procedures to perform the automatic correction. By selecting the correction option, the system will validate if the user has access to correct the found codes. When performing the procedures, a listing of the codes found will be displayed. It is only possible to perform the correction after the automatic execution, an internal consistency that validates a series of impediments. At the end of the procedure, a list of the old and new codes will be displayed which can be saved to file.

·    improvement: Approval Flow: When the W.O. or S.R. approval flow is deactivated in the Company Register screen, the system will now check for pending approval flow records, and the user will be prompted if he or she wants to remove the flow link. It will be allowed to choose from the following options:

- Unlink the flow and unlock the records locked for not having a reported flow.

- Deactivate the flow and keep the linked W.O.s and S.R.s locked.

·    improvement: Multilanguage Version: A general revision was performed for all system terms for the multilanguage version (English and Spanish), as well as the layout of the terms on the screen. The English/Spanish help has been completely updated and revised.

·    improvement: Resource Leveling: Change made to the leveling cost rules tab, making the display of the field "Registered Amount" and "Amount after consumption" to follow the default mask for the currency field (received decimals and thousands separator).

·    improvement: User Registration: Created the "Use Default Sender" in the user registration and on the Change Email Settings screen. When sending from a report visualization, if it is being sent by a user with this option checked, the email will be sent with the data of the default sender set in the general settings and not with the data of the user sending the report.

·    improvement: Qualifications: Created in the User Settings the option to send email in the alarm setting for expired qualification or due to expire.

·    improvement: Email Sending Schedule: Changed the sending schedule for emails with attachments. Both the attachments sent from the schedule and from the report sending (by the Sendreport rule function), the description will have the same description of the language used (English, Portuguese or Spanish). The description translation must be registered in the schedule.

·    improvement: Client/Supplier: Changed the Customer and Supplier registration screen. When searching for a contact, the ones already related will not be displayed. When saving the report, a message will be issued if the reported contact has already been related.

·    improvement: Instant Messaging: Improvements made to the instant messaging screen. The titles and dates of sent messages will be displayed in bold blue color, and received messaged in bold green color.

·    improvement: Report Sending Schedule: Created the "Sender Type" field containing the options:

- Enter Manually: Enables fields so that the sender can be entered to send the report.

- Use Default Sender: The default sender (defined in general settings) will be used to send the schedules.

- Enter User: Enables the search field to select which user will be the sender of the schedule. In the search field, only users with sending settings will be listed.

·    improvement: Request Search: Added hint to Exit button on the Service Request Search screen, as well as the option to close the screen by the shortcut Ctrl+F4.

·    improvement: Groupings: Changed the asset grouping print routine, using the advanced report editor instead of the old report template.

·    improvement: W.O. Search: Added a column displaying the name of the mobile device where the W.O. may be allocated.

·    improvement: Rule: Changed the rule function sendmail making it possible to fetch database attachment.

·    improvement: W.O. Search: Added the Exit button that did not exist in the W.O. search screen. Also added shortcut to close the screen by Ctrl + F4 command.

·    improvement: Emailing: Changed the email routines set in the scheduling, report sending, email queue and approval flow emails, to record errors log containing information returned in errors on sending or returning when generating a report being sent.

·    improvement: User Registration: Changed the "Send permission structure from this user to other users..." functionality in the user registration to consider the setting to protect the layout the user had before receiving the new access permissions, thus validating the permissions the user had when copying the layout.

·    fix: F10 Wizard: Fixed to maintain the requirement of a memo type field (defined by F10 wizard) after closing and reopening the screen. This requirement was not maintained after performing this operation.

·    fix: Generation and Sending Scheduling: Fixed error in the copy structure routine of the "Schedule W.O. Generation and Report Sending" screen.

·    fix: Work Order: Fixed the Requester field in the W.O. screen. In W.O.s generated from a S.R., if the S.R. had been generated by a user linked to a contact, the Requester field could be deleted erroneously.

·    fix: Material Request: Fixed the cancellation routine of the material request.

·    fix: Service Request: Created a field in the Service Request table to store the date when the S.R. was synchronized from a mobile device. The synchronization date will be displayed on the Summary tab of the S.R. screen.

·    fix: Trip Planner: Fixed the Trip Planner screen. When searching or navigating between record, the value of calculated fields that display the total value of the tabs: section, advances, travel expenses, freight, and tolls, was not being updated.

·    fix: Export to Excel: Fixed the option to export to excel that was not being displayed on SQL screen depending on the query performed.

·    fix: Periodic Maintenance Calendar: Fixed the Localization column of the Calendar that was not being filled.
